A majority of BPO employees hired are just from college without any work experience. To convert this raw product into professionals companies train them for soft skills and about the processes in which they are supposed to work with. In BPO companies, agents process different kinds of tasks; it may involve selling (a credit card, an Insurance policy or an electronic gadget) or answering to queries from customers. While processing these tasks, an agent must have thorough knowledge of the product which he is dealing and the way to process it. This knowledge is imparted by the product trainer during training.

A product trainer first interacts with the client to understand his product. Next he creates a training module specific to the client’s requirements and coaches the trainees about the product and the means to process it. Product training disseminates information about a particular product or service. An in-depth understanding of the client’s products boosts employees’ confidence which is vital for enhanced productivity. Companies attach much importance to training their personnel as to survive in today’s competitive world providing quality services matters a lot.
